LAKE NONA — Nona FC returns to action Sunday, June 14, as the Longhorns travel to The Villages, Florida, for the second Rodeo Derby of the 2026 season against Brave SC at The Range at H.G. Morse Stadium.

The Longhorns enter the matchup atop the USL League Two Southeast Division standings with 10 points through six matches. Nona FC most recently played Brooke House FC to a scoreless draw in the second Orlando Derby of the season, extending the club's unbeaten start to 2026 to six matches and matching the longest unbeaten start in club history.

Despite the scoreless result, the Black and Orange controlled much of the action against Brooke House FC, finishing with 21 shots while goalkeeper Tom Mabon recorded four saves to preserve the clean sheet. Nona FC has now recorded two clean sheets in its last four matches and remains one of the Southeast Division's top defensive sides.

Sunday's contest features the top two teams in the Southeast Division standings. While Nona FC currently leads the table with 10 points, Brave SC sits just one point behind with nine points through five matches.

The previous meeting between the two sides came on June 2 at Austin-Tindall Sports Complex. Defender Basit Umar opened the scoring in the 10th minute with his first goal for the club before Brave SC responded from the penalty spot in the second half. Severe weather forced the match into a lengthy delay before it was ultimately called in the 67th minute, resulting in a 1-1 draw.

The Rodeo Derby has been one of the Southeast Division's most competitive rivalries since Nona FC joined USL League Two. Through nine all-time meetings, the series remains perfectly balanced at 3-3-3.

With six matches remaining in the regular season, Sunday's matchup carries significant implications in the Southeast Division title race. The Longhorns will look to build on their six-match unbeaten start and strengthen their position atop the standings against one of their closest challengers.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET on Sunday from The Range at H.G. Morse Stadium in The Villages, Florida. The match will be streamed on sportsengineplay.com.
