LAKE NONA — Nona FC returns home Wednesday, June 10, for the second Orlando Derby of the 2026 season as Brooke House FC visits Austin-Tindall Sports Complex.
The Longhorns enter the matchup following a 2-1 victory over Shark Coast FC in New Smyrna Beach on Saturday. Forward Larry Noel continued his strong run of form, scoring twice in the second half to secure all three points for the Black and Orange. Noel has now scored five goals in his last four appearances and enters Wednesday's match as one of the Southeast Division's most in-form attackers.
With the victory, Nona FC improved to nine points through five matches and remains firmly in the race atop the Southeast Division standings. The Longhorns currently sit second in the table, level on points with Brave SC but trailing the Buffaloes on goal difference.
Wednesday's contest marks the seventh all-time meeting between Nona FC and Brooke House FC. The Longhorns hold a 4-0-2 record in the series, including a perfect 3-0-0 mark during the 2025 campaign. Nona FC has also enjoyed success at Austin-Tindall Sports Complex against Brooke House FC, posting a 2-0-0 home record in the matchup.
The most recent meeting between the two sides came in the opening match of the 2026 season on May 16 in Winter Park. Forward Fabio Bozesan opened the scoring from the penalty spot on his Nona FC debut before Brooke House FC found a dramatic equalizer in the final minute of regulation, forcing the two sides to split the points in a 1-1 draw.
At Austin-Tindall Sports Complex, Nona FC earned a 1-0 victory over Brooke House FC in 2025 behind a Jerome Barclay goal. The Longhorns also claimed a 3-0 victory in the first-ever meeting between the clubs in Lake Nona during the 2024 season.
Brooke House FC enters Wednesday's matchup looking to climb the Southeast Division standings and earn its first victory against Nona FC since joining USL League Two competition.
Riding a five-match unbeaten streak to begin the season, Nona FC will look to build on its recent momentum and secure three more points as the race for the Southeast Division title continues to take shape.
Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET on Wednesday at Austin-Tindall Sports Complex in Lake Nona. The match will be streamed on sportsengineplay.com.
