The Black and Orange threatened early through Larry Noel, Michael Appiah, and Basit Umar, who all generated chances down the left side during the opening 25 minutes. Nona FC nearly broke through in the 31st minute when Appiah saw a shot blocked inside the box before the rebound fell to Umar, whose effort from outside the area was saved by the Brooke House goalkeeper.
The Longhorns continued to push forward before halftime, with Andrey Gentil creating another dangerous opportunity in the 44th minute following a combination play down the left flank. However, the visitors held firm and the two sides entered the break level at 0-0.

Umar forced another save with a left-footed strike from outside the box in the 70th minute, while Christian Acevedo nearly found a late winner in the 88th minute before his shot was denied.
Goalkeeper Tom Mabon delivered one of the game's defining moments in the 82nd minute, producing a crucial one-on-one save to deny Francesco Aiello and preserve the clean sheet. The shot-stopper finished the night with four saves and earned Man of the Match honors.
The match came to life in stoppage time. Brooke House FC nearly stole all three points in the 92nd minute when Joachim Kyei struck the post on a counterattack, the visitors' best chance of the night.
