The Longhorns. Lake Nona's USL League Two club since 2020, Southeast Conference Champions in 2022, and runners-up in the Southeast Division in 2026.
Established in 2020, Nona FC has quickly become one of the strongest sides in the USL League Two Southeast, the top pre-professional league in North America and a proven launchpad for college and pro players. A two-year program built to prepare players for the professional game bridges the gap for Nona Soccer Academy players aiming for the next level, and the club's connections open doors to top college programs.
From the academy fields to Austin-Tindall Park, the pathway is real. In 2026 five Nona Soccer Academy products shared the field together for the first time in club history, and the first Nona FC 2 players stepped up to the first team.
A six-match unbeaten start that equaled the club record, the biggest win in Orlando Derby history, and a second-place finish that keeps Nona's streak alive: never lower than second in the division.
Larry Noel scored the first hat trick in club history in the 5-1 home opener win over Shark Coast, and finished the year with five goals.
Academy to first team. Moah Silva, Ansel Ledezma, Christian Acevedo, Pedro Kruschewsky and more came through Nona Soccer Academy, and Daxton Andrus became the first Nona FC 2 player to score for the Longhorns.
Since 2020. Southeast Conference Champions in 2022, U.S. Open Cup participants, and a club that has never finished lower than second in its division.
