Nona Soccer Academy, together with Nona FC and the Nona Cup ("Nona", "we", "us"), runs this website at www.nonasocceracademy.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site, what we do with it and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language on purpose.
Information you send us. When you use the contact form or the "Get in touch" form at the bottom of each page, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and, on the contact page, your phone number, the program you're interested in and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell or rent any information to anyone.
We use the information you send only to reply to you and to help you with the program, tryout, camp, tournament or partnership you asked about. We may keep your message so we can follow up on it. We don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Form messages are delivered to our club inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the message only to send it to us. The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, and our fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
Registrations, payments and bookings happen on partner platforms we link to, not on this website. These include PlayMetrics (program registration), GotSport (Nona Cup team registration), GoPassage (Summit registration), Hilton and TTI (tournament hotel booking) and LeadConnector (Summer Camp sign-up). When you follow those links, the information you enter there is governed by that platform's own privacy policy.
Our programs serve young players, but this website is meant for parents, guardians and adult athletes. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We keep form messages only as long as we need them to help you and run our programs. The site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and access to our inbox and accounts is limited to club staff.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us through the site. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
