NONA SOCCER COMPETITIVE PLAYERS ARE SELECTED FOR THE OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT TEAM!
Nona Soccer Academy is proud to announce some great news coming out of our Competitive Programs! We would like to introduce to you two players that have exemplified elite dedication to the sport and persevere in their education and development under the leadership of the Nona Soccer Coaches. Julian Hernandez (2008) Moah Silva (2008) Moah and Julian were selected to go through the Florida Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program trainings and tryouts. The pathway through this program is designed to identify the highest caliber players within their designated age group. Ultimately, if selected, the ODP creates training opportunities and competition at a high level, enhancing their overall soccer career-path, their experience and exposure within a broader soccer community. We are proud to announce that after rigorous trainings and scrimmages throughout the state that both Nona homegrown players made the ODP Select Team! This elite team will first showcase play at the ODP Championships in Auburndale Florida January 24 – 26. Moah and Julian have been with Nona Soccer Academy since inception in November 2016. They are the first two players to enter into the Florida Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program and be selected to the team and move forward. They are Nona Homegrown teammates and we will continue to highlight their achievements along the way! We are proud of this great accomplishment and especially proud of the leaders and mentors they are to the hundreds of players at Nona Soccer looking up to them. Good luck Moah and Julian!
